1. Overview
This website, kiodo.store, is operated by DASON USA GROUP LLC ("KIODO", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, images and descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or correct errors at any time without notice.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, were placed by resellers, or were placed with an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Payment
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Order Acceptance and Records
When you place an order, we keep records of the transaction, including order details, IP address, the shipping and billing information provided, tracking and delivery confirmation, and all communication between you and us. These records may be used to verify orders and respond to payment disputes.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, you agree to contact us first at contact@kiodo.store and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 5 business days) to resolve it before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. If a dispute is filed, we will provide our transaction records, delivery confirmation and communications to the payment provider. Disputes found to be filed in bad faith may be reported to the relevant payment provider, and we reserve the right to refuse future orders from the account involved.

8. Product Use
Our products are cold-weather apparel intended for general warmth and comfort. They are not certified personal protective equipment (PPE) and are not intended to replace safety gear required by your employer or by law. Please follow the care instructions provided.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of KIODO or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIODO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
